The boys have enjoyed playing in the nice cool basement together during this super HOT summer! It looks like a tornado swept through the basement after these guys have been playing down there. Thank goodness we don't have a lot of hitting going on between the triplets. No one has ever bited...knock on wood it stays that way! The triplets (and even Jack) have a hard time sharing and taking turns, but we're working on it every day. They love singing, clapping and dancing. Every time someone new walks in the house or in the room Colin points and smiles real big. Daniel likes to be held by mommy or daddy, especially after waking up. Andrew is still trying to turn everything in the house upside down! We still have not cut Andrew's hair but I think a slight trim will be in his near future. Colin's hair is finally starting to thicken up and lengthen a bit. Daniel is much smaller and shorter than his 2 brothers. He is so petite and dainty! Now that the weather is cooling up a little and the humidity has drastically decreased (today is September 7th) we have been taking the boys outside to play in the front yard and driveway. They love it! Colin usually sits on a big blanket in the yard since he is not independently walking yet. Sometimes he cruises along the small rod iron fence by the sidewalk or the retaining wall in front of our landscaping. Colin just started saying "uh oh" when something falls like his brothers do. From what I can tell Andrew's receptive language is the largest, but the other 2 are only slightly behind. It's wonderful to see them understanding and trying to communicate. I am so incredibly blessed to have these 4 amazing children in my life and continue thank God for them every day.
