You did it, Colin!

Colin has been getting up on his knees to play so much this week and I couldn't be more pleased! This is huge progress for him! Colin is doing well with P.T. every week. Slowly he is gaining more strength and flexibility. He will be fit for some foot orthotics soon to help correct the alignment of his feet. Hopefully soon he will be crawling on his hands and knees and looking more comfortable on his feet.

Good times in the kitchen!

We've had some rain and cooler weather the past few days...so more time inside. The babies have been off their bottles for about 3 weeks now, but I kept their bottles by the sink "just in case". I know I've been needing to pack the bottles away and clean up that area of the counter, but Andrew helped me along with this. Good ol' Andrew reached up to the kitchen counter and pulled the towel that held all the Dr. Brown bottle parts. They all came down to the floor and Colin and Daniel rushed over to join their brother for some fun play. This entertained them for an hour. I got so much done! Now I'm keeping all these bottle parts handy in a container for the next time I need a good distraction for them. They do get bored more easily now, so we have to change up the toys in the playroom and let them spend some time in different areas of the house. Thank goodness for the finished basement!

More outdoor pictures

Here are some more pictures from one of our days outside. Sweet Colin smiling for the camera. Andrew taking in the ambiance. Daniel stealing some crackers straight from the bag.

Andrew playing peekaboo with his bowl

This would have been cuter as a video so you could hear him laughing! Such a fun little guy!

Hangin' outside

It has been awhile since my last entry. My exuses are that I've spent less time on the computer, we've all had our round of being sick, we've been spending more time outside and my camera was broken. So I've added some pictures of the babies hanging out on a blanket outside. So far they haven't wanted to crawl off the blanket onto the grass. I know this won't last long, but it sure is nice not having to take the playpen out there. The babies also love swinging on the porch on 2 swings Hoyt hung from the beams of the screen porch. It's perfect! We have been taking walks. Sometimes the babies accompany Jack and I for a walk to Dottie's Ice cream for a little snack. We are so glad spring is finally here!
